Emergency Relief

Image

The KYDA Scouts are the backbone of Mishab Foundation’s emergency response system. Trained, disciplined, and deeply committed, these volunteers are the first to arrive at disaster sites and the last to leave. When floods devastate villages, when winter threatens lives, or when pandemics strike—KYDA Scouts are there.

“In times of crisis, most people run away from danger. KYDA Scouts run toward it—not for glory, but because someone needs help.”

— Mirza Shahid Baig, Founder

100% Personally Funded

All KYDA Scouts relief work is personally funded by Mirza Shahid Baig. No government grants, no NGO partnerships, no external donors. This ensures:

✓ Immediate Response

No waiting for approvals or funding releases—when disaster strikes, we move instantly.

✓ Zero Bureaucracy

No red tape, no middlemen—resources go directly to those who need them.

✓ Complete Accountability

Every rupee is tracked and every relief item is accounted for personally.

✓ No Political Agenda

We serve humanity, not politics. Help goes to all who need it, period.

The KYDA Scout Network

KYDA Scouts are not just volunteers—they are a trained, disciplined force united by a shared mission: serve humanity without expectation of reward.

Rigorous Training

Scouts undergo training in disaster response, first aid, logistics, and community organization to ensure effective, professional relief operations.

Every scout is accountable for the resources they distribute. The uniform they wear represents trust, and they honor it.

KYDA Scouts live in the communities they serve. They know the streets, the families, and the needs—intimately.

No scout receives payment. They serve because they believe in the mission and the sacred duty to help those in need.

Direct Intervention & Supply Chains

During disasters, time is life. KYDA Scouts don’t wait for government or large NGOs to coordinate. They establish direct supply chains from Karachi to the most remote affected areas, ensuring food, water, medicine, and shelter materials arrive within hours, not days.

How We Work in Disasters:

  1. 1. Mirza Shahid Baig approves immediate funding
  2. 2. KYDA Scouts mobilize and procure supplies locally
  3. 3. Ground teams assess needs in affected areas
  4. 4. Direct delivery to families—no intermediaries
  5. 5. Continuous follow-up until crisis subsides

A Personal Commitment

Mirza Shahid Baig personally funds every relief operation carried out by KYDA Scouts. This is not a side project or a PR initiative—it is a lifelong dedication to humanity.

From his early days as Chairman of Mohalla Islahi Committee at age 16 to his current leadership of Mishab Foundation, his life has been defined by one principle: when people are suffering, you don’t turn away—you run to help.
